Job Responsibilities:
1.) Partner with business as the local face of HR, guiding and enabling managers in their people leadership role.
2.) Design and implement progressive HR policies
3.) Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives, in partnership with local stakeholders.
4.) Determine talent needs and lead recruitment for the location
5.) Lead comprehensive performance evaluation process
6.) Support benefits management and payroll administration including system management, data record-keeping, contract management for staff
7.) Proactively use data analysis and sensing activities to identify themes and make recommendations for improvement. Problem identification, problem solving, and driving decision using data analytics
Desired skills:
1.) Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
2.) MBA degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development
3.) Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this in the organization
4.) Ability to spot issues, investigate and disposition ER issues
5.) Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
6.) Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
