Job summary:
We are looking for an extremely motivated and skilled Business Development professionals to join our equipment leasing sales team. The positive candidate will be accountable for achievement of sales and profitability targets in India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plan and strategy to drive the leasing business by onboarding new customers.
- Understand financials and business model of the prospective clients to structure and offer a customized financial proposal to meet their requirements.
- Tap into Vendor networks to identify possible areas of partnership to deliver product / financial propositions.
- Increase leasing awareness for potential and existing customers.
- Develop strong relationships with Customers, Vendors, Suppliers, OEMs and Funding Partners
- Coordinating with Business Finance team for securing Funding
- Preparation and review of pricing proposal working based on Customer's requirement and presenting to management for approval.
- Lead generation by developing & maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, IPC's, Vendors, NBFCs and Banks to offer leasing solutions to their clients.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of IT, Finance & Banking, Equipment Leasing Industry
- Understanding of Financial Statements and ability to handle financial doubts.
- Proven ability to understand customer pain points and to propose relevant solutions.
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- Strong business network and rapport with Technology Partners, OEMs, IPC's, Banks, NBFCs, Contractors and Developers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- MS Office experience - moderate to expert knowledge preferred on MS Office applications especially MS Word, XL and PowerPoint
- Experience of 5-9 Years in selling Equipment Finance and/or Leasing solutions to Corporates
- Candidates with Leasing/NBFC/Business Loans industry experience would be preferred.
