Reporting to : Manager - Operations

Operating from : Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of Innovatiview vision and strategy.

- Establish services in the city by setting up full proof stated operations and running day-to-day daily operations for all the services.

- Should have team handling capabilities and team management skills to get maximum output from his team.

- Creating, training, reviewing and managing team of delivery persons, supervisors, surveyors for delivering the tasks as stated in their SOP.

- Should be accountable for carrying out and managing team efficiency for the required processes and tasks concerning the delivery of orders, scheduling supervision and feedback report collection.

- Completely responsible for successful fulfillment of orders within the stipulated time-frame.

- Identify/analyze the issues in delivery processes and supervisor allocation and work on eliminating bottlenecks.

- Should work towards optimizing the delivery, supervisor's costs and streamlining the delivery process without adversely impacting the client experience.

- Understand the city's demand trend, analysis and update the team with learning frequently.

- Administrative tasks related to specific city department.

- Should gather complete knowledge about the Services in a particular city and work towards vendors and external party tie-ups.

- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders.

- Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board operations and controls;

- Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the company, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.

- Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management as well as employees.

- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.

- Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team.

- Manage the performance of all heads of department within the division through the formal performance management system.

- Manage paper work, preparing of documents during projects.

- To manage the operation and project team including hiring free lancers, training, development, performance management and succession planning

- To manage overall costs including equipment efficiencies, waste, direct Labor and materials.

- To manage Project planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control

- To maintain and improve performance of the unit on a continuous basis.

- To represent the company on a daily basis with all external/internal communication with the clients.

- To work with the management team to develop and grow the business.

- To generate reports about the future & prospective clients & continuous follow up with the existing ones for more business and payments.

- To visit clients after the project as to ensure quality levels were met.

- To be on the field as to see how installations are taking place and on day of examinations to be on the round to the centers.

Qualifications

- Commitment to social justice and the mission

- At least 2 years experience in Operations Management

- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Knowledge of government contract management and +Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.

- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

- Budget development and oversight experience

- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment

- Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done

- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

- Ability to look at situations from several points of view

- Persuasive with details and facts

- Delegate responsibilities effectively

Salary Range: 6-9 LPA
