Innovation Lead - Consumer Durables/Chemicals

- The Innovation Lead role is for one of the largest Business House based out of Mumbai

- Identify Innovation opportunities (breakthrough/ disruptive & incremental) for the Category by primary and secondary research, working with the business and by working with external eco-system including but not limited to startup incubators, university innovation centres and domain experts.

- Develop business plan for selected opportunities, working with business and other stakeholders

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the business, suppliers and other partners/ stakeholders

- Develop an "outside-in" perspective with an external market and user orientation.
