Job Summary:

- The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization.

- This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure that the company's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- The Talent Acquisition Lead will also focus on employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Manage the talent fulfilment yourself alongside the team to ensure timely delivery.

- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.

- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

- Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience working in an IT services company with experience hiring for IT skills.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a recruitment team.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current job requirements.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
