Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Human Resources Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on growth, scalability, and performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Talent Management & Development: Implement performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and manage programs that foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and motivation.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, HRMS, compliance with local labor laws, and employee records management.
- Learning & Development: Create and implement learning and development programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR data and analytics to track key HR metrics (e.

Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a mid-sized IT/tech environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR management principles, including labor laws, compliance, and compensation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex organizational dynamics and change management initiatives.
- Expertise in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and HR technology (HRMS/HRIS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
