YOUR ROLE:

- We are looking for a talented Senior Associate/ Associate Manager to undertake performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, brand awareness and pipeline progression. 


- This role will be responsible for creating effective digital marketing strategies to build thought leadership (awareness/ visibility), promote content collateral to generate engagement and generate pipeline for our products. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU- LL BE DOING

- Create and manage digital marketing plan to meet demo and subscriber targets

- Identify & execute quick growth hacking techniques to leverage opportunities of maximising subscribers, engagement and visibility

- Strategise & execute email marketing workflows & campaigns for lead generation

- Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives including webinars, newsletters etc.

- Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management for meeting monthly engagement targets and brand awareness

- Plan & execute Paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

- Data Analytics and campaign performance tracking & reporting to offer creative recommendations

- Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI in everything we do

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

- Familiarity with Social media and web analytics

- Marketing/campaign/product/project management experience with any agency would be a bonus.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process

- Managing/Maintaining all the documentation required in the campaigning process

- Proficient in using CRM, reporting and Email Marketing Tools

- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
