The role that we have :

Job Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager Finance

Currently we have an exciting career opportunity in field of Corporate Finance based out of our Mumbai Headquarter. If you can identify yourself with the tasks and qualifications of this exemplary position, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Responsibilities:

- Group Budgeting; Preparing, consolidating and maintaining five-year plans and annual budgets for group as well as subsidiaries.

- Valuation; Developing detailed financial and valuation model for the group including DCF, Comparable companies and transactions analysis

- Decision Support; Evaluate and help in capital allocation and business decision making by preparing financial models/ business plans and analyzing return ratios, IRR etc. along with the cost of capital and risks involved

- Capital Allocation and Fund management; Managing the periodic capital allocation within the group by coordinating with group companies; Deciding on priority and timing; Overseeing fund transfers from Holding company to ensure timely infusion of funds

- Corporate Controlling; Monitor business performance along with Finance Heads of various operating businesses and drive improvement initiatives.

- Reporting; Responsible for Investor and management reporting process for the group; preparing / reviewing monthly MIS and coordinating with subsidiary finance teams to complete reporting process in time.

- Fund raise; Responsible for arranging debt financing from Banks/NBFCs; responsible for generating leads, creating detailed project reports, liaising with all the stakeholders involved

- M&A; Evaluating and preparing briefs on acquisition opportunities; Leading financial due-diligence process in collaboration with diligence partners; SPA review and negotiation support

- Due Diligence; Responsible for sell side due diligence providing all the business details, data, analysis to potential investors and handling all investor queries with respect to business performance

What we are looking for :

- MBA/ Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of experience

- Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and manage multiple stake holders

- Pro-active, highly solution-oriented and ability to work towards tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
