Pricing & Analytics Manager
Pricing & Margins :
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution environments
- Set up daily price benchmarking mechanism across various local destination mandis for various seasonal products. Set up a dashboard where this pricing can be flashed to procurement & sales teams. Ensure daily prices are documented for reference and analytics.
- Competitive analysis of pricing for key products in key markets to ensure we are accurately positioned in the market.
- Develop cost sheets in collaboration with procurement & operations.
- Develop mechanism & implement processes to do lot/consignment wise sales and margin tracking.
- Do regular pricing & margin analysis, price scatters, exception reporting.
- Suggest pricing controls and mechanisms to avoid pricing aberrations.
- Work closely with the product & marketing team to improve communication pricing to customers.
Analytics :
- Put in place systems and processes which allow for regular analytics.
- Perform periodical analysis across key metrics, leading and lagging indicators.
- Create & publish a dashboard with key metrics.
- Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau/ PowerBI and knowledge of VBA
- Scripting and ability to query databases would be desirable

Qualification/Skills required :
- 4-5 years of experience in pricing/ pricing analytics, revenue management role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to analyse data and derive insights.
- Strong understanding of technology and relevant tools
- Problem solving skills in constrained environments.
