- Experience in crisis communication and issues management.

- Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in communication.
