This position is for leading the finance function for the Crops division.
Your tasks/responsibilities:

- Budgeting and financial planning
- Structuring contracts from commercial, taxation, compliance and risk perspective
- Cost controlling, and reporting
- Cashflow and AR/AP management
- Ensure correct accounting and book closure in line with international accounting standards
- Setting up standard practices for controlling and recording all financial transactions
- Implement business intelligence tools and performance dashboard reports
- Track, analyze and report key performance indicators, both financial and operational
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to help in forecasting
- Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting decision making
- Preparing board documentation and help in preparing investor presentations
- Liaison with the banks & maintain banking relationships
- Manage finance teams across India, UAE, Philippines, China and Turkey
What we expect
- Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 10-12 years of finance experience
- Experience in financial controlling and business partnering role
- Prepared to take self-initiative, highly solution-oriented and ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Ability to develop processes and timelines
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to lead a team
- Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
