Job Purpose :
The Incumbent will be working closely with the HR Head to align learning Objectives with the business objectives Will serve as a consultant to managers on learning related issues. The incumbent is to act as learning champion and change agent.
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop, facilitate and monitor the learning strategy for the organization
- Focus on Functional and Behavioral skill development aligned to the Competency framework of the Organization
- Design and Execute the Technical and Sales Distribution Training Model
- Conceive, design, develop and deliver Manager Development Programs
- Consult with business and key internal stakeholders to provide pervasive learning solutions and alternatives
- Maximizing internal capabilities, promoting dynamic learning, creating an ideal mix of informal, formal, and social learning strategies.
- Ensure effective application of learning solutions and capabilities in the context of the business strategy to create the most value and impact at the business level
- Provide managers and employees with an objective, third-party channel to facilitate professional and personal change, ranging from one-time spot coaching on basic objectives to long-term transformational coaching
- Improve employees' time to proficiency by helping them to apply new skills and behaviors and improve performance
- Enable employees to embrace a growth mind-set and improve change agility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis for the organization and defined the capability gaps
- Develop Learning Roadmaps across levels for various business units of the organization.
- Create the Instructional design for various interventions using relevant instructional tools like Simulations, Case Studies, etc. across levels
- Effectively deliver training with the support of various learning technologies/ mediums

- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles, drivers of human behaviour in organizations
Qualification :
- Full time MBA in Human Resources with 7- 12 years of experience preferably in Start- up/ Agri-business
