About the Role.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Strategic Vendor Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, establishing long-term partnerships that align with the company's talent acquisition and operational objectives.

- Vendor Negotiation & Onboarding: Lead contract negotiations and manage the vendor onboarding process to ensure that new partnerships are established in alignment with our budget, compliance, and performance expectations.

- Vendor Performance Management: Continuously monitor vendor performance using key metrics like cost efficiency, quality of service, and time-to-hire to ensure they meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure vendor relationships align with company needs and compliance standards.

- Global Market Insight: Stay updated on labor market trends, compliance regulations, and talent availability across multiple regions to help guide vendor selection and partnership strategies.

- Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors, resolving issues as they arise, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or partnerships, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or crowdsourcing industries.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, talent markets, and staffing trends in various global regions.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze and manage KPIs related to vendor performance and staffing effectiveness.

- Proficiency in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.
