As a Manager - HR Talent Acquisition at Coschool, you would lead and execute the organizations talent acquisition strategy, partnering with hiring associates to identify and attract top talent, while also ensuring a positive candidate and candidate experience.

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition Manager/ business partner across multiple departments (technical and non-technical).
- Design and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent and build a futureready workforce.
- Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring talent acquisition associates, to strategies, plan and launch new roles, job description and best hiring practices.
- Leverage multi-channel sourcing strategies and strengthen Coschool's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including hiring intake, sourcing, scheduling, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Track key hiring salary metrics, analyze market trends, and provide hiring managers with data driven recommendations of talent availability industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Enhance hiring workflows, maintain recruitment best practices, and ensure all compliance with tax and labour laws and stay up-to-date on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates and a smooth process from application to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline across various departments and employment types (full-time, internships, freelancer or inclusive hiring initiatives).
- Continuously improve Talent Acquisition documentation and training materials, ensuring talent associates have up-to-date resources.
- Maintain and report on key recruiting metrics in order to inform recruiting hiring strategy along with AGM HR.
Key Skills Requirement :
- 7+Years of corporate experience across multiple disciplines.
- Experience working with ZOHO, or any ATS (Application Tracking System) and Job Portals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advice and influence outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proven ability to understand organizational issues and manage change.
- Excellent project management skills, the ability to organize, set and manage priorities and meet competing timelines.
- Strong process-orientation, organization and follow-up skills.
- A team-player with demonstrated collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources.
Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+years of experience.
