Our co-founders, Dr. Amit Malik and Neha Kirpal, bring both the provider and user perspectives on mental and emotional health to InnerHour, along with successful entrepreneurial experience both in India and abroad. Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, Wharton, St. Xavier- s, London Business School and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates and insurance companies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own, ideate, lead & drive all marketing & brand building initiatives at InnerHour. This role is responsible for creating & growing brand

- InnerHour- as a trusted, reliable & quality provider of mental health services. This includes initiatives such as branded content, social media management & advertising.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own & drive all brand building initiatives including but not limited to defining key messaging/positioning for all communication, identifying relevant branding channels, acquiring new user segments through content, etc.

- Conceptualize, strategise and manage execution of high-quality, relevant, branded content for our social media platforms

- Conceptualise exciting and innovative social media campaigns & content in alignment with business objectives

- Design & implement a social media strategy to grow the brand's presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

- Track and improve platform-wise KPIs like organic reach, engagement levels etc.

- Work with design & content teams to design and write unique and well-crafted content for our digital marketing campaigns (on Google, Facebook etc.)

- Track content calendar to in order to facilitate social media posts and campaign distribution

- Stay updated on news/ latest trends in order to create campaigns/content on trending topics

Skills And Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree & Masters degree from top-tier universities

- 5+ years of work experience in marketing/social media management/branding

- Proven track record of growing a brand as measured by key metrics such as awareness & engagement

- Good understanding of social media platforms & key marketing metrics

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lead & manage development of creative assets

- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities

- Interest in mental health or digital health preferred
