Position: Presales Manager (ServiceNow).

Location: Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai (Hybrid).

Experience: Minimum 7 years (ServiceNow).

What does a Presales Consultant do in InMorphis on day-to-day basis?

- The Pre-sales Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing predemo needs analysis.

- Assess the customer's strategic needs and uncover the business requirements.

- Gather the appropriate information to generate the proposal with the proper service components, pricing, and assumptions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work in sync with OEM (e.g., ServiceNow) sales and solution teams to deliver joint presales pitches, create business case and solution proposals.

- Understand customer's existing landscape, identity opportunities, fitment of ServiceNow products and draft presales presentations.

- Identity champions from client side to understand existing pain points in detail, build relationship while sales-presales cycle.

- Create case studies with background, solution proposed and value outcomes from the existing accounts and projects delivered.

- Present solution proposals (onsite/remote) to customer highlighting key solution features, mapping with ServiceNow solution and value realization though proposed delivery roadmap.

- Prepare responses to quote requests, solution proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ to match customer requirements.

- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors' behavior.

- Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as customer workshops.

- Create Functional and technical Solutioning, estimate effort, prepare Project Management Plan (Resource Loading, location split, timelines/schedule, and calculate cost as an individual contributor (with contributions from relevant stakeholders).

- Create and present solution pitches and POCs/demos to clients, covering organization's differentiators, value propositions and solutions to client's problems.


Sales:

- Keep up to speed with technology trends in the market, product competitions and services competition with proactive research.

- And do SWOT analysis for the organization from time to time.

- Keep up with the innovations on products/projects in the company and leverage that in the sales pitches.

- A sharp eye to build sophisticated PowerPoint presentations with the ability to represent various concepts and ideas visually.

- Excellent content development and content curation skills.
