Position: Business Process Consultants (ServiceNow expert).
Location: Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai (Hybrid).
Experience: Minimum 7 years.
We're thrilled to announce that InMorphis is looking for a Business Process Consultant ServiceNow SME to join our team!.
As a leading provider of innovative business solutions, we're seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in ServiceNow Products/Modules like ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, Secops to lead business process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with clients.
What a BPC do in InMorphis on day-to-day basis?
- You will be our go-to consultant for managing ServiceNow advisory and implementation projects for our clients.
Presales (30%):
- Assist in sales activities including customer demos, RFPs and other related initiatives
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and customized based on need, to prospective and existing customers.
- Staying current on ServiceNow product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including business drivers and use cases etc.
Delivery (70%):
- Lead engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow Products/ Modules.
- Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
- Developing required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities.
- Managing and communicating business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations.
- Serve as a functional lead, provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the ServiceNow modules in partnership with other members of the project team.
- Drive the customer roadmap discussions and decisions.
- Juggle multiple and complex projects and initiatives.
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the services team Skill required to perform the duty:
- Minimum 3 years consulting experience leading the definition and deployment of 'to be' processes/solutions in client environments related to ServiceNow capability areas.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills required to lead workshops and customer meetings (proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery.
- Exposure to different tool sets such as HP Service Desk, IBM Maximo, BMC (good to have).
- Highly motivated individual who is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing company.
