Sales Enablement Research (SER) Manager
Years of Expirience : 4-6 yrs
Preferred Qualification : MBA (from premier institute)
Reports to Director Operations - JAPAC
Key Responsibilities
- Direct JAPAC wide sales enablement, including, planning and delivery of new sales collateral, tools and techniques. Work with channel Marketing teams to maintain current messaging and packaging, and have that messaging reflected in prospect facing sales tools.
- Ongoing management and maintenance of the standard inventory of sales tools and collateral
- Respond to specific custom research requirements from the JAPAC customer facing teams
- Identify, plan, create and disseminate relevant industry, sub-sector, company reports
- Drive adoption and utilization of sales tools by revenue team members
- Manage queue of incoming collateral requests to highest priority items and advise business partners on when/how to use collateral to meet business objective
Qualifications and Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant marketing and market research experience in a B2B environment ideally with experience in a services or solutions oriented business
- Excellent communications skills. Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues and senior management
- Ability to assess complex market landscape and create focused research reports
- Energy and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and help them jointly accomplish objectives
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in an unstructured environment
- Ability to manage small teams of 5-10 people
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and work across multiple functions
