What you will be doing ?
1. Help run the Pulse product delivery engine by closely integrating Pulse with the different consumer destinations like Koral, Glance and Roposo (other than the programmatic advertising channel) and deliver survey responses and research dollars by maintaining an exciting eCPM for the different publishers/content destinations
2. Work closely with engineering, design, revenue-ops and the Pulse research teams to ensure that we are hitting our revenue goals by priortising the right product capabilities in the roadmap and seeing them through from an execution standpoint
3. Ensure that there is an always-on communication channel with the different stakeholders in revenue, research and ops orgs so that we never lose track of revenue and we are keeping the product ready to hit our revenue milestones
4. Constantly brainstorming with the engineering, product and design team members and coming up with crisp user stories, execution and release plans
5. Analyzing the conversion funnel and constantly optimizing it via product interventions
What is required of you?
1. Engineering background with 2-3 years of experience as a software developer or an analyst
2. Comfortable with technology and has the ability to get into the details of the product to potentially help the team with testing, identifying areas of improvement and figuring out ways/workarounds to hit revenue goals with the currently available product
3. Strong in numbers
4. First principles based thinking and good problem solving capabilities
5. Willingness to learn and grow very fast
6. Good communication skills
