InTrading is a vertically integrated Solid Wood Furniture manufacturing firm, with a state of art manufacturing facility in Churu (Rajasthan), Meerut, Manesar and upcoming manufacturing capacity in NCR. The furniture is exported to customers globally as well as retailed in India through - InLiving- from chain of furniture stores in Pune & Delhi, Franchises PAN India and online presence.

Job Purpose:

- Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.

- Develop strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Reporting to the Director, the CEO will create value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow ITPL into a dominant player in its industry. This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.

- The CEO will work with a top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing and selling world-class products and services; act as the key face of the company; develop new customers and channels to market and manage existing customer and channel partner relationships; develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved.

Leader:

- Advises the Board

- Advocates / promotes organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission

- Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations

Visionary / Information Bearer:

- Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information

- Looks to the future for change opportunities

- Interfaces between Board and employees

Decision Maker:

- Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board

- Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff

Manager:

- Oversees operations of organization

- Implements plans

- Manages human resources of organization

- Manages financial and physical resources

Accountabilities:

Planning:

- Design policies and procedures to be followed;

- Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the management and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the Director for approval;

- Collaborates with the management to define and articulate the organization's vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision;

- Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization;

- Develops future leadership within the organization;

- Ensure company is in compliance with regulations and laws

Management:

- Promote culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity;

- Hires, manages, and terminates the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully confirm to current laws and regulations;

- Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;

- Creates and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the management;

- Ensures that staff and management have sufficient and up-to-date information;

- Evaluates the organization's and staff's performance on a regular basis;

Financial management:

- Oversees staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budgets for management approval;

- Prudently manages the organization's resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations;

- Provides prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the management appropriately informed of the organization's financial position;

Marketing and PR:

- Manage advertising opportunities

- Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary

- Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) with director, designer

- Manage press development

Community Relationships:

- Serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization

- Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

- Actively advocates for the organization, its beliefs, and its programmatic efforts

- Acts as a liaison between the organization and the community, building relationships with peer organizations when appropriate

Programmatic Effectiveness:

- Oversees design, delivery, and quality of programs and services

- Stays abreast of current trends related to the organization's products and services and anticipates future trends likely to have an impact on its work

- Collect and analyze evaluation information that measures the success of the organization's program efforts; refines or changes programs in response to that information
