InTrading is a vertically integrated Solid Wood Furniture manufacturing firm, with a state of art manufacturing facility in Churu (Rajasthan), Meerut and upcoming manufacturing capacity in NCR. The management plans to invest 200 cr by 2016 in expansion plans, starting 25 Cr investment concluded in High tech 5 axis CNC machines, Veneering plant, etc.

The furniture is exported to customers globally as well as retailed in India through - InLiving- from chain of furniture stores in Pune & Delhi, Franchises PAN India and online presence. The Comapny is also OEM to leading furniture brands in Inda.

The company is a part of a 1000 cr+ group driven by a promoter who is a Harvard alum and has 25 years of experience in successfully running businesses.

Reporting to the ED India, your responsibilities will include :

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for defining the brand for the company and all its product / category lines in India and Internationally;

- Understand and Create Brand Strategy, Brand positioning, target customers;

- Ensure the brand gets communicated in the right way across all consumer touch points consistently;

- Planning marketing calendar in line with brand objectives & budgets

- Applying deep understanding of all customer groups to building insightful communication and programs

- Ensure expansion of store network for the brand by planning and opening new stores PAN India;

- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the brand;

- Strengthen brand health: Drive brand preference and purchase among end consumers;

- Drive brand visibility on mass media through ATL communication & other relevant channels;

- Develop & execute outdoor visibility initiatives;

- Responsible to drive the entire ATL presence of brand to achieve the brand building objectives;

- Drive the right BTL and activation exercises;

- Responsible for all customer engagement and brand building in the digital medium (Social, Content);

- Work closely with the stores and other functional teams to help plan, design and execute the right marketing campaigns to achieve their revenue / business objectives;

- Work closely with the Digital marketing - Performance team to achieve the brand and performance objectives;

- Choosing and working with the right partners to be able to achieve the key responsibilities;

- Revamp current website with new pictures, banners, videos, etc

- The organization aims to be an International Brand, create strategy.

Candidate Specification :

Educational Qualification : Require MBA from Premier B-School

Work Experience Required :

- 12+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, with atleast 8 years of brand management experience

- Experience across BTL, ATL spends

- Should have managed a team of 15 or more

- Experience in home decor shall be an advantage

Key Skills :

- Strong understanding of brand management

- Experience in having built and executed a brand is a plus

- Ability to work across business partners

- Ability to strategize as well as work hands on

- Articulate. Ability to communicate and listen.

- Analytically savvy. Ability to closely monitor and influence all key metrics.
