1. Complete P&L ownership of the assigned geography or region.
2. Studying the F&V market in the target country or region.
3. Identifying new markets for exports and developing new customers.
4. Planning virtual sales campaigns and participation in trade shows suited to the markets and current consumer trends.
5. Cross Selling of products to existing customers.
6. Onboarding new customers and close in negotiated sales numbers.
7. Negotiating the sale terms and closing in on the sales orders with customers of the assigned geography.
8. Track and close the receivables from the allotted customers and confirmation from finance team on the payments received.
9. Receipt to closure of Quality related claims with the customers.
