Inhouse Consultant - Litigation

1. Appear before RERA, REAT and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions

2. Independently manage all stages of litigation before them, right from initial evaluation through appeal.

3. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing pleadings, applications and other miscellaneous documents.

4. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.

5. Liaising with internal teams and drafting notices.

6. Replying to notices on behalf of after consultation with stakeholders

7. Legal research to provide evidence and case law that support the company's position
