Responsibilities:
- To on-board strategic partners and set short and long term strategy with partners and execute them.
- Help and organize trainings and market development activities for Partners
- Understand Vendor hierarchy and maintain relationship with vendor team.
- To understand vendor targets and strategize our business in line with it.
- Proactive approach with opportunity segmentation and involvement to maximize margin.
- Become team player and contribute to overall ecosystem
- Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and annual target to maintain Top-line and bottom line.
- Should work with Sales team for revenue generation.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Engineer / graduate/PG
- MBA qualification will be an additional advantage.
- Min. 5-8 Years of work experience in Channels/Product Management role
- Candidate from distribution background with experience in product management will be preferable
- Team-orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-driven / result oriented skills required
