Position Summary:

- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build marketing content that aligns with our business goals and speaks directly to our audience.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation: Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and HR teams to produce content that drives engagement and business growth.

External Relations & Online Reputation: Build and maintain a strong presence in press, media, 3rd party publishers, and review platforms.

SEO Support: Optimize content using SEO best practices to boost visibility and engagement.

Research & Planning: Conduct in-depth research on industry and technology trends to develop original, relevant content.

Multi-Format Expertise: Develop a variety of content including whitepapers, case studies, infographics, presentations, webinars, and more.

Campaign Content Management: Launch and manage social media content and support email/ad campaigns that are dynamic, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, leadership, and external stakeholders to create high-quality content assets.

Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including social media, email, internal communications, and more.

What We're Looking For:

Storyteller: You know how to create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Strategic Thinker: You understand how to align content with business objectives and marketing positioning.

Experienced Communicator: You have 3-4 years of experience in content creation for IT services, targeting regions like the USA, UK, or AU/NZ.

Versatile Content Creator: Skilled in writing and reviewing content across different formats-text, social, video, email, etc.

Self-Starter & Team Player: You can manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields).

- Proven track record of developing content in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

- Strong communication skills and display exceptional command over both written and verbal English.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-impact content.
