We have an opportunity for Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager - Tools and Automation for Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore location.
- Leads Delivery within operations for the account and ensuring firm working relation with ODMs, Lead ODM & SDM, other regional/global stakeholders who takes accountability for the overall contractual compliance for all services and projects
- Weekly/Monthly/Periodically meetings with stakeholders on service reviews
- Escalation point of contact for all stakeholders
- Ensuring all functions and teams within the tools organizations delivers the services according to SLA while in parallel managing the delivery of non-standard / account specific services
- Proactive feedback on delivery issues and wherever applicable escalating to appropriate escalation channels across the orgnization
- Continue to focus on service initiatives and service improvement plans (as applicable) to improve service quality and implement cost reductions
- To promote new service propositions to improve or extend the services to the accounts and to increase the footprints within the regions
- Responsible for right forecasting for all tools across the region/regions
- Responsible for ensuing the invoicing and billing to regions/accounting
- Roll out and collect customer satisfcation survey results and provide appropriate feedback to delivery operations and coordinate the closure
