Reports to: Zonal Infra Head

Location : Hyderabad

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for design and layout of property sites to set up branches

- Complete branch set up within stipulated time and cost

- Understand load calculation for power/ AC setup etc in branches/ towers to be set up

- Responsible for tie ups with different vendors

- Engage with zonal heads and regional heads for branch set up

Deliverables :

- Set up branches and towers as per business requirements

- Ensure infrastructure costs within budgets

Skills and Competencies :

- Analytical skills.

- Negotiation Skills

- Knowledge of Estimation and Costing

- Technical knowledge of civil work

Salary Range: 7-10 LPA
