Experience and Education

- M.Com/MBA/PGDM with specialisation in Finance/CA/ICWA

- At least 5 years' of work experience in finance domain of Infrastructure development/real estate projects for government/public sector clients.

Skills and Attributes

1) Knowledge of Infrastructure financing

- Financial Feasibility Assessment of infrastructure and real estate projects

- Collects, assimilate, analyses and interpret data and indicators regarding financial aspects of project and related conditions

- Public Procurement processes for Bid process management

- Capacity Building interventions for skillset and behavioural improvement/change.

2) Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal

3) Familiarity with Project Management and Monitoring tools.

4) Finance Expert should have handled at least 2 assignments with emphasis on Financial Feasibility Study, Preparation, Bid process management, and Plan preparation for infrastructure projects.

Primary Roles and Responsibility -

A. Monitoring of fund flow, Carry out overall monitoring and supervision of the finance, Co-ordinate with other department for funding.

B. Responsible for the overall management of the consulting team and budget, and for the timely and efficient delivery of all project outputs

C. Conducts financial viability analysis and develops reports for proposed developments.

D. Create Financial Models & Budgetary estimates for IT/e-governance related project undertaken/proposed by the client.

E. Development and drafting of grant request proposals for Infrastructure development.

F. Stakeholder consultations and management plans and facilitations.

G. Perform Bid Process Management/public procurement for products, services and works related requirements.

H. Manage multiple projects with attention to time management, grant/contract requirements, budget development, project metrics, team communication and timely provision of deliverables.
