Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identification of property sites to set up branches

- Ensure infrastructure in branches is in healthy state

- Understand and Undertake rent/lease agreement deeds

- Responsible for tie ups with different vendors

- Engage with zonal heads and regional heads for branch set up and maintenance

- Take ownership and maintain equipment used in branches

Deliverable:

- Site visit of the branches to ensure infrastructure is in healthy state

- Ensure infrastructure costs within budgets

- Regular inspection of facilities in branches and towers

Salary Range: 4-10 LPA
