Infra.Market - Product Operations Role

Your responsibilities:

- Work with product, customer experience, and engineering teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, users impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.

- Be the primary point of contact for business as the product roadmap SME, participating in support model design, collecting feedback and bringing it back to Product, and providing regular updates on the evolving roadmap.

- Understand and communicate all upcoming product features and user experience changes to key stakeholders like Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.

- Create FAQs on product features to help users and drive higher adoption and usage of the product

- Initiate and drive internal initiatives/results that up-level the Product Operations organization's processes, technology, and ability to deliver a best-in-class user experience.

- Occasionally travel across Infra.Market offices to give training, to understand processes, tools and needs, as well as to gather insights from our business users.

- Fully own the product rollout across the organization in collaboration with Product management.

- Onboard users to the product through first time and periodic training

- Own data migration activities in collaboration with with Data Operations team

- Track and monitor product feature usage metrics and DAU/WAU/MAU metrics

What are we looking for:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field

- 4+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with experience in the Fulfilment/Logistics, e-commerce, and offline retail space.

- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development and/or software launch readiness role

- Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally.

- Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible/nimble.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Cross functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
