Summary :

- The HRMS Asst Manager / Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Selected employee will oversee the maintenance, updates, and implementation of the system.

- The HRMS Manager also ensures the system's compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and government regulations. The HRMS Manager supervises and trains staff on the use of the HRMS system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the organization's HRMS system, including maintenance, updates, and implementation

- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the HRMS system

- Ensure the HRMS system complies with government regulations and organization policies

- Train staff on the use of the HRMS system

- Provide technical support to users of the HRMS system

- Generate reports and analyze data from the HRMS system

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HRMS system is integrated with other systems

- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance the HRMS system

- Ensure data integrity and security of the HRMS system

- Manage and prioritize HRMS system projects and initiatives
