Roles and responsibilities :
- Conduct new employee orientations. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Conduct team building activities within the organization.
- Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counseling and establishing works committees.
- Working as an In-charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation. Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis
- Conducting exit interviews and overseeing separation actions like full & final settlements.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations. Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
Recruitment :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and
onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
- Graduation (in any) with MBA (HR) preferable, at least 3 + years of experience as HR Generalist.
Compensation : As per Industry standards
