Commercial Sales Team Leader
The Opportunity :
- We're seeking a seasoned and results oriented leader to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Team Leader! In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial property sales team.

Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of commercial sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, establish ambitious yet achievable sales targets, and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team growth.
- Identify and develop the skills and talents of your team members, creating a strong learning and development culture.
Business Development & Sales Management :
- Work closely with your team to identify and pursue qualified commercial real estate sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation and market share growth.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring efficient deal flow and successful client onboarding.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property buyers and sellers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, securing favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.
Market Expertise & Strategy :
- Stay abreast of local and national commercial real estate market trends, including competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends, providing valuable insights to leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a minimum of 3-4 years of successful leadership experience.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and current trends.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching, motivation, and development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, MS Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
