The Opportunity :

- We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial property sales efforts.

- You'll leverage your deep understanding of the market and strong sales skills to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Client Management :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation from commercial property sales.

- Identify and pursue qualified sales leads, leveraging market knowledge and prospecting techniques.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property buyers and sellers, exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Negotiate and close complex deals, securing favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.

Market Expertise & Analysis :

- Stay abreast of local and national commercial real estate market trends, including competitor activity and pricing strategies.

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform pricing decisions.

- Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance and pipeline health, providing valuable insights to leadership.

Collaboration & Team Support :

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless sales process.

- Share market knowledge and best practices to support colleagues in achieving their sales goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 6-8 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with a demonstrated track record of success.

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and current trends.

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, MS Suite).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
