Sales Manager - Training Development & Coaching

- Development Manager - Training & Coaching, playing a critical role in building the capabilities of our Sales Force.
- You'll design and deliver impactful training programs, provide on-the-ground coaching, and partner with stakeholders to ensure all Sales Managers (SMs) possess the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Program Design & Delivery :
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, sales processes, and effective sales techniques.
- Create engaging learning modules that cater to different learning styles and address the specific needs of the Sales Force.
- Deliver dynamic training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional methods to maximize learning impact.
Field Coaching & Performance Improvement :
- Conduct regular field visits to observe SMs in action, providing real-time coaching and feedback.
- Partner with SMs to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized development plans.
- Help SMs master effective sales techniques, objection handling strategies, and closing tactics.
Knowledge & Skills Development :
- Ensure SMs possess in-depth knowledge of our products and offerings.
- Conduct regular knowledge refreshers and updates on industry trends, keeping SMs at the forefront of the market.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement :
- Track and analyze individual and team sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and feedback to refine training programs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement targeted interventions to improve sales performance and support sales goals for SMs and new hires.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with sales leadership, marketing, and other key stakeholders to develop training programs that directly address business needs.
- Gather feedback from the field to continuously improve the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales training and development, ideally within the industry.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
-Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring Sales Managers to achieve performance goals.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for field coaching and collaboration.
