The Opportunity: We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in [Gurgaon/Noida/Pune]! In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Relationship Building:

- Develop and manage a robust portfolio of existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and exceeding their expectations.

- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value.

- Work collaboratively with clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sale support.

Business Development & Lead Generation:

- Implement strategic initiatives to generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and promotional activities.

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop compelling sales presentations.

- Navigate the sales cycle effectively, including proposal creation, closing deals, and securing new business.

Target Achievement & Performance Management:

- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and consistently exceed expectations through focused effort and strategic planning.

- Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines, actively managing opportunities and ensuring timely conversion.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a reputed university (Master's preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.

- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.

- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding expectations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Experience in [Desired Skills - e., Real Estate Due Diligence, Sales Acquisition, Field Sales] a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
