Sales Manager - Real Estate Partnerships

The Role:

- We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon.

- You will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with builders and developers for their existing and new projects.

- This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying and acquiring new builder and developer partnerships.

- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential partners, including assessing financial stability, track record, project quality, adherence to deadlines, and industry reputation.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with builders and developers, ensuring favorable terms for Inframantra.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review agreements and identify potential risks.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, and internal teams.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnered builders and developers, addressing any questions or concerns.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure a diverse product portfolio for the sales team.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the Indian real estate market.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in sales or business development.

- Proven track record of successfully building and managing builder and developer partnerships.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market, including regulatory requirements and current trends.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in Business Administration or a related field (highly desirable).

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
