Inframantra India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Noida office. In this critical leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving branch performance, achieving ambitious sales targets, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans, creating a clear roadmap for branch success.
- Lead branch operations, ensuring efficient processes and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to achieve defined goals and objectives.
- Partner with Senior Management to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies within the branch.
Team Management & Development:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a team of talented Sales Leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, and motivation to empower your team to achieve their full potential.
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the branch.
Sales Performance & Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's client base and market share.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, effective team management principles, and performance optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
