Infra Lead - Broking House

Key Responsibilities:

- 15+ years' experience in Financial Services

- Experience in Managing Trading platforms like ODIN, Omnesys, Intellect etc.

- Experience in managing exchange connection, audits, platform implementation and migrations.

- Hands on knowledge of Servers, Virtualization, Nutanix, Storage etc.

- Knowledge of Security systems like Firewall, AV, DLP, UTM, MPLS, IPSec, SDWAN.

- Managing team of 10-15 IT Professionals

- Experience in implementing desktop and service side security and harding

- Develop processes like ticketing, TAT Management, Vendor Management

- Manage end user infrastructure using Domain controller, Patch Management, Inventory Management etc.

- Familiarity of database driven environments Like SQL Server, Oracle

- Exposure of Cloud Environments Like Azure, AWS is highly appreciable

- Capable of working with tight deadlines;

- Understanding in working with third party product integrations

- Closely work with Business team and other stakeholders to communicate the requirements and manage project

- Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources

- Perform VAPT periodically and ensure 1005 data security

- Support production issues. Perform RCA and identify solutions for customer complaints and issues.

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, discover issues and deliver highest value to the customer.

- Research and come up with Innovative ideas to improve the application and customer experience.

- Competition landscape tracking. Analyze leading market players and competitors to gain insights and implement innovative solutions to gain competitive advantage over other apps.

- Knowledge of BCP/DR setup and working

Key Skills:

- Strong project and product management skills.

- Strong knowledge of Infra, Network & Security process. Experience in implementation of CTCL platforms for Retail and Institutions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong Analytical and technical skills. Should understand SQL

- Self-driven, passionate about building products and digital solutions, customer centricity.

- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar project management tools (Good to have).

- Scrum Master, Product Owner related certifications (Good to have)

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech/MBA or relevant degrees

- 15+ years of experience

- Knowledge of BFSI domain (Capital Markets / Cash / F&O / Commodity / Currency / IPO / Mutual Funds etc.)
