- Implements proactive Business Development strategies across various industry verticals in close alliance with global sales teams. Generates pipeline in as per the business plan
- Supervises Accounts Intelligence program for all large deal pursuits by means of relevant insights on client business, financial analysis, key executive profiles, SWOT analysis, competition and industry updates.
- Lead the research track for Strategic Business Planning activities by providing actionable intelligence to the management on competitors, sourcing trends and large deal market outlook
- Implements proactive Business Development strategies across various industry verticals in close alliance with global sales teams.
- Managed comprehensive Win/Loss Analysis in mediation with pursuit leads to further enhance win ratio and formulating apt strategies to counter the losses arising there from.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in using secondary research tools and data sources.
- Manages vendor relationships with analyst firms
- Administering Knowledge Management platform by using the collaborative tool to store and share various large deal related tools, templates, and artifacts
Qualification/Attainments: Masters in Mktg or equivalent.
Relevant Experience: 3 -6 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Influence: Effectively and positively influences peers/subordinates/ superiors in difficult/complex situations
- Communication: Good written, verbal, and presentation skills. Solid interpersonal skills. Listens effectively. Invites open communication and feedback
Salary Range: 6 - 7.5 LPA + Variables
