Responsibilities:
Carry out Research and Analysis for Specific prospects/pursuits, create and collate content for proposals, program manage small pursuits, support in estimation models, create and maintain knowledge artifacts, conduct research activities, assist in visit management with the objective of ensuring service offerings to the customer within the guidelines, policies and norms
Skills:
- Demonstrates expertise in the Presales process framework, proposal submission process and best practices in order to convert leads to opportunities, submit quality proposals and enhance visit experience
- Demonstrates expert knowledge in MSA/other contracts process and standards; commercial (FP, T&M) and pricing models (fixed price, non linear, unit based) and k financial concepts (ROI, IRR, tax) to define the MSA, create estimates and make recommendations for structuring large complex deals
- Exhibits and applies working knowledge of program management, understands impact of program/pursuit to the client's business and Infosys/ Partner with an emphasis on managing Client/ Infosys/ Partner expectations and divergent stakeholders as well as to written requirements to manage medium sized complex programs/pursuits
- Exhibits in-depth proficiency in analyzing market and industry trends, competition nuances; understands economic/ sectoral indicators in order to forecast sales growth in comparison with industry and draw and execute the pursuit plan
- Shows basic knowledge of range of IT solutions, services, alliances, relevant guidelines to identify service and solutions applicable to their client and to close the sale; has basic knowledge of delivery principles and frameworks to provide delivery-related inputs for the client solution
