Infosys Limited - Digital Marketing Lead - Brand Communication Role Summary : - We are looking for a Digital Marketing leader to join our marketing team. The digital marketing team is responsible for managing the online presence, social channels, run brand campaigns, demand generation campaigns and manage user experience across all the online platforms. - The role is for a seasoned communication professional with a passion for digital marketing, brand building and content marketing. In this role you will provide digital first brand communication strategy and execution leadership. You will work closely with the marketing functional teams (brand, PR, AR, sports marketing, employer branding, regional marketing) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. - The role requires enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership and collaboration skills. You should have the right mix of creative and strategic thinking with strong attention for detail. You will be required to work with cross functional teams, multi-task and be able to manage shifting priorities.&nbsp; - The individual should be able to influence stakeholders to deliver high performing digital first brand programs. You should be process-driven and have the ability to drive governance and adherence to best practices. Experience in working with global stakeholders, CXOs, culturally diverse teams is necessary. Responsibilities : - Create and execute online presence strategy, user experience across platforms and regions - Conceptualize, execute and scale up digital first brand campaigns (across paid, owned and earned media). Accountable for brand KPIs - Manage ORM, in close collaboration with the Brand and PR teams - Collaborate and provide leadership to various marketing functional teams, other internal stakeholders to create and take to market compelling brand stories - Attract and retain high performing team - Regular reporting and reviews with the leadership and marketing functional teams - Track best practices, industry trends on digital marketing and implement them as required to improve campaign effectiveness and business impact. Suggest process improvements to improve effectiveness of campaigns - Regularly communicate, provide insights, train and educate teams - Manage agency relationships - Ensure compliance with brand, digital, privacy and legal guidelines Requirements :&nbsp; - Minimum 9 years' experience with excellent understanding of brand building, content marketing and digital marketing - Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment - Solid knowledge of online platforms, adtech and marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools and content management systems. Strong understanding of web technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication. Follow through and attention to details - Strong analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements - Friendly personality, able to quickly build rapport with colleagues and partners. Ability to establish trust, credibility and build collaborative partnerships across time zones, geographies and cultures - Resourceful, creative and flexible. Results oriented. - Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented. Ability to multi-task, work in high paced environment. Willingness to work unconventional hours as required to liaise with colleagues in other time zones
