- Ability to translate business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques
- Responsible for successful delivery of advanced analytics solutions by using statistical techniques like regression, forecasting and other predictive analysis
- Build predictive models from multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasets
- Conduct Analysis, draw strong, clear insights and present Dashboards by applying data mining and data modelling which help Leadership to take key decisions
- Ability to deep dive into data in areas which come out from analysis and insights sighted in Dashboards and periodic reports
- Expertise in statistical tools like Advanced Excel, R Studio or any advanced Statistical tools, which makes analysis faster
- Business Intelligence - Partnering with IS for automation of metrics, best in class reporting and analytics solutions for stakeholders
- Background in HR Analytics is preferred
