- Handle a team of 100-150 employees along with the APMs and Team Leads
- Manage a large process/workgroup independently
- Ensure compliance to client SLAs and design strategies to exceed client expectations
- Meet Revenue targets set for the process/workgroup
- Effective client relationship management
- Implement and drive Operational Excellence
- Drive transformational projects
- Mentoring and coaching APMs and Team Leads to effectively manage People, Operations and client.
Skills required :
- Ability to manage large teams across multiple locations
- Excellent Peoples person, should have ability to connect with people across all levels
- Good Communication skills
- Strong Analytical ability
- Excellent Presentation skills
- People management skills
- Good client communication and interfacing skills; Need to be perceived as owners of the process by the client
- 15 years Full time Education with MBA
