The incumbent will be working with Technology Solutions Group which is the software technology arm of Infosys BPO. The team enable, optimize, and transform BPO Operations by providing the relevant domain specific software technology platforms and solutions. They specialize in BPM - Business Process Management/ Workflow and Reporting solutions, as these are seen as the 2 key areas to manage operations for Infosys clients. The team has folks with the apt business, domain, and technology acumen for delivering the supporting software technology in the overall BPO solution.

Team consist of Software Developers, Business Analysts/consultants, Technology Leads, Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Technology Architects, and a vibrant Pre-sales and Sales team forming TSG - each playing a vital role in meeting Infosys Operations and Client needs.

What we are looking in you:-

- Educational Requirements (Must have)

BE/B.Tech/MCA

Min 10 years of experience in web application development with primary focus on .Net, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies.

Project Management

- Work Experience/Skills

Experience in .Net and other Microsoft technologies preferable

Project management skills - able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately.

Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.

Good team management skills - able to build and mentor the team.

Good presentation and communication skills

Eye for detail.

Multi-tasking ability.

Should have worked on Technology based projects during his career as a Developer/QA/Product Support/Business Analyst.

Should have basic People Management Skills.

Any Domain expertise will be a plus

Areas of responsibilities:-

- Ability to Program Manage a large client or multiple clients.

- Project Tracking, Control and Report - Allocate work, track the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risks, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan; schedule, monitor, review and control all the project phases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty) in their entirety, IN ORDER TO deliver project successfully as per project goals.

- Ability to manage multiple IT projects successfully - technology implementation for Infosys BPO clients

- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to lead PMO

- Ability to identify / implement process optimization.

- Ability to lead, monitor and mentor Project Managers

- Good project management skills - able to plan and execute projects within cost & schedule and with expected quality of deliverables.

- Able to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately

- Ability to identify issues, find solution and plan/manage them.

- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.

- Good team management skills - able to build and mentor the team.

- Knowledge and experience in quality processes applicable to IT projects.

- Good presentation and communication skills
