Primary skills:
- Strong domain knowledge - Extensive work experience in Sourcing and Procurement Processes in Senior Management / Transformational Consultant role's.
- Partner's with Clients to identify opportunities in order to impact Business Metrics
- Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data
- Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.
- Has a detailed spend map across your entire organization, updated quarterly.
- Is a driver of sustainable savings (when, where, why and how) across the organization.
- Is engaged with the wider organization to understand how Sourcing and Procurement can reduce costs across the value chain.
- Ensures that value is realized through contract management and supplier relationship management frameworks which are operationalized.
- Delivers Sourcing and Procurement within an operating model that connects commercial and technical capability to drive optimal client outcomes.
- Has Hands-On experience on any of the analytical tools (SAS, - R-, Tableau etc)
- Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists.
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
Secondary skills:
- Hands on experience on one or more ERPs - preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle
- Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills
- Project Mgmt Experience
Job responsibilities:
- Is a strong - Subject Matter Expert- in - Sourcing and Procurement Processes
- Conceptualize and define Business Metrics relevant to the engagement's & take complete ownership for driving them
- Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around Sourcing and Procurement Processes, ERP gaps etc
- Participate in the advancement of Infosys Analytics solutions
- Conduct trainings to end users (Infosys) on Sourcing and Procurement Analytical Solutions
- Sourcing and Procurement Data Classification - classify invoice and PO records to a specified hierarchy
- Conduct data reviews to ensure high quality and accuracy of reports
- Have exposure to process improvements projects
- Ensures compliance to governance model and build long term relationship with stakeholders, handles and sorts out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business

Educational Qualification Required - MBA (Full-time) with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
