F&A Analytics Senior Lead - Knowledge Services (Accounts Receivables)
Business & operations analytics is an integral part of the continuous improvement followed in processes at Infosys. It helps in delivering better insights into business performance and focuses on impacting business metrics of an organization to deliver better value to internal and external stakeholders.

Educational qualification : Professional Accounting / Management Degree ( CA/CPA/MBA etc.)
Experience : 7-10 years, CA, CWA, MBA with 6-8 years
Primary skills :
- Strong domain knowledge - Extensive work experience in Finance & Accounting Processes in Senior Management / Transformational Consultant role's. 5-7 years experience in Order to Cash Processes is a must.
- Partner's with Clients to identify opportunities in order to impact Business Metrics
- Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data
- Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.
- Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists.
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Hands On experience on any of the analytical tools (SAS, - R-, Tableau etc)
Secondary skills :
- Hands on experience on one or more ERPs preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle
- Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills
- Project Mgmt Experience
Job responsibilities :
- Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Order to Cash Process . Experience in Collection Process will be a significant added advantage
- Conceptualize and define F&A Metrics relevant to the engagement's & take complete ownership for driving them
- Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Processes, ERP gaps etc
- Conduct trainings to end users (Infosys) on F&A Analytical Solutions
- Ensures compliance to governance model and build long term relationship with stakeholders, handles and sorts out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business

- Ability to work in ambiguous work environment
- Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
- Ability to work in Horizontal-Vertical Structure
