Role Designation: Senior Consultant - Platforms and Key Solutions
Responsibilities:-
- Conceptualize and design FP&A Technology Solutions leveraging cutting edge technologies like RPA, AI etc.
- Participate in RFP's/new client pursuits and articulate the solutioning, approach and methodology with key focus on R2R
- Perform market research on F&A Technologies and bring it to play the results of it in strengthening Infosys F&A practice
- Handle the solution life cycle - Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps etc.
- Ability to liaise extensively with cross functional teams like: IT/ Domain / Analytics teams, for implementation of AI / Point solutions
- Handle conversations with senior stakeholders Internal / External on topics around O2C Best practices, latest trends, AI / RPA / Cognitive Automation
- Lead consulting assignments for process and tech transformation of FP&A and R2R processes
What are we looking for in you:
Educational Requirements (Must have)
- MBA/CA with min. 8 year of experience OR
- B.com with min 10 years of experience OR
Primary Skills
- Strong domain knowledge and SME - having extensively worked in Record to Report towers - General Ledger, Financial Planning and Analysis with hands on experience
- Handled Budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, Management accounting of medium to large size organizations
- Should have good understanding of metrics and reporting levers in R2R space
- Strong understanding of reporting and consolidation tools like : Hyperion, Cognos
- Ability to liaise extensively with clients, internal stake holder
- Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders
- Experience of working with CXO level audience and performing financial analysis, presenting reports etc
Secondary Skills
- Hands on experience on one or more ERPs (SAP preferred)
- Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills
- Functional Implementation experience on one or more ERPs in the R2R/FP&A areas preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle
Soft Skill
- Self-motivated individual - willing to work in individual contributor roles
- Ability to work in ambiguous work environment
- Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
- Ability to work in a Matrix Structure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
