Infosys BPO - Operations Manager - FP&A - FCOE Team - CA

Looking for FP&A Operation Manager for Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE) teamin INFOSYS BPO-Bangalore.

Qualification- Chartered Accountant .

Experience 5 to 6 Years post CA.

Responsibilities :

1. Support the solutions team in creating & responding to RFI/RFPs.

2. Be involved in PD,GPD, DD of the process & be open to support delivery at initial stage of the project.

3. Facilitating operational & financial comparison with in and also of the key competitors

4. Administration of data collection processes and collating the same into financial reporting models

5. Consolidation & reporting of key metrics; Variance Analysis

6. Preparation (design and execution) of Management Reports, containing reliable and complete information for decision making purposes on different organizational levels

7. Supporting forecasting process

8. Preparation of financial statements along with relevant schedules

9. Decision support like business case developments, M&A Support etc.

Must have skills :

1. Problem solving and analytical skills of CFO

2. Results-oriented with a focus on service delivery

3. Excellent communication and networking skills

4. Able to work with deadlines and pressure, e.g., during month closing

5. Good knowledge of Accounting in ERP systems, preferably SAP

6. Good knowledge of Accounting, reporting under IFRS as well as local GAAP

7. Understanding of Consolidation Systems

8. Knowledge of BI tools like Hyperion, Cognos etc.

9. Willingness to travel across locations

The F&A CoE brings in rigor and discipline across various F&A engagements by building competencies to sustain and deliver best-in-class (and increasingly complex) solutions to the customers.

Under the umbrella of FCoE, we intend to build FP&A CoE as separate stream to develop strong domain capabilities to deliver higher value services for our clients. The focus areas include, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Decision Support, Strategic Planning Support etc.
