Role Designation: Lead BPHR

Location: Pune

Role & Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

- Reviews HR Operations Effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance/outcome measures; identifies suboptimal performance and initiates corrective action; evaluate scope for continuous improvement IN ORDER to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness

Employee Assistance:

- Coordinates with onsite HR SPOC on closure of issues of onsite / deputies'. Mediates between offshore delivery and onsite HR SPOC to closure.

Hiring:

- Monitor the Recruitment dashboard on a weekly basis . Communicates to all stakeholders in the business the status of open positions. Initiates contact with the offered candidates and address their queries in order to improve candidate engagement.

Employee Assimilation:

- Guides the team in creating collateral for the Unit-specific Induction and buddy program as defined. Plans and monitor implementation across DCs/DUs in the Unit in order to ensure better assimilation of new joinees into the organization.

Deployment:

- Creates the entry level (SE) resource requirement the unit (numbers, skills, special competencies etc); Evaluates internal options (bench, existing projects etc) to meet the requirement

- Communicates the requirement to E&R to ensure adherence to unit requirement; in order to execute effective deployment of employees in the sub unit or the DUs

Performance Management:

- Execute unit specific performance management framework and initiatives, program manages appraisal cycles & CRR process (delivery, sales and consulting), Conduct orientation workshops for appraisers across locations and onsite, CRR CG Councils.

- Post appraisal conducts and reviews the status of the PIP cases in order to ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance.

C&B Management:

Execution of various C&B program plan by co-coordinating with various stakeholders to gather recommendation for specific HR programs like VCPI, IPI, comp review, etc.; Communicate policy changes, address queries within SLA. Data inputs to HRM/SHRM based on operational realities in order to maintain the timelines and create policy awareness among employees.

Employee Development:

- Coordinates and participates with ILI to execute unit level training / development initiatives. Track completion of ITP and certification in order to build the required competencies within the unit in line with business requirement

Employee Engagement:

- Define the quarterly/periodic communication plan for the DUs/DC in line with the overall unit communication plan. Deploys Rewards & Recognition program for the Unit, Executes the Unit HEAR process at the Unit level, Defines the disciplinary handling process and provides support for disciplinary cases as required.

- Monitor and ensures the effectiveness of the grievance Addressal mechanism and employee query handling processes. Conceptualize and implement DU specific engagement activities based on the need of the unit in order to keep the unit updated on the happenings and increase the engagement levels

Employee Governance and Welfare:

- Monitors the employee governance process, intervenes where required IN ORDER to drive employee adherence to code of conduct. Handles level 3 disciplinary cases (along with Manager HR in extreme cases) by conducting investigation, and taking action with the employee.

- Checks continuously to evaluate the effectiveness of the discipline process within the unit and drives communication to educate employees.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Reviews the workforce management dashboard and highlights areas of focus as well as builds in continuous improvements.

- Also prepares and publishes report on HR solutions/various HR initiatives on the defined Effort and outcome metrics. Socializes the usage of the reports in delivery by building awareness and communication - IN ORDER to continuously communicate with delivery on effectiveness of HR

Client Compliance:

- Reviews the client contracts and draws up the areas of adherence for HR. Prepares the process to ensure compliance and mentors
